ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. DLPTELESHOPPING.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. DLPTELESHOPPING.COM reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (USD) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. DLPTELESHOPPING.COM is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from other computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by DLPTELESHOPPING.COM.
All applicable fees herein contemplated are those found in the Order Confirmation, Invoice, or any other form associated with the order. This also signifies that you agreed to provide DLPTELESHOPPING.COM with your current billing and contact information and authorized DLPTELESHOPPING.COM to charge all account-related charges to the debit/credit card provided during the fully recorded verification process.
Merchant name to appear on statement would be “DLP Teleshopping”. This signifies that you have agreed not to dispute any charges for any and all orders you have made with DLPTELESHOPPING.COM and agreed to be assessed a $50 chargeback fee for every debit/credit card chargeback received by DLPTELESHOPPING.COM for your order.
This Agreement may be terminated by DLP if, for any reason, a debit transfer from your account cannot be made due to, but not limited to, insufficient funds, stop payment order, or closure of the account. If funds are not in the account to complete the auto-draft, DLP will assess an auto-draft reject fee. The reject fee is currently $25.00 for NSF and $40.00 for Non-Authorized. We reserve the right to change this fee from time-to-time. The reject fee is in addition to any other fee assessed by your institution. If you believe an error has been made regarding any ACH debits from your account, or your statement discloses a transfer you did not authorize DLP to make, you must notify DLP of the alleged error within 30 days. If the error was due to DLP we will complete the transfer immediately upon notice of such failure. In the event a transfer is made from your account, not authorized by you, you are entitled to an immediate reimbursement under Federal Reserve Regulation E. You may notify your institution to protest said debit. In the event you protest a debit transaction that WAS authorized in this Agreement, you may be liable for three (3) times this amount and may have to incur legal fees associated with a violation of use for Regulation E. In addition to other circumstances we will not be liable if: a)You do not have enough available funds in your account to make the transfer; b) The funds are subject to legal process or other encumbrances restricting such transfer; c)Acts of God, technical malfunction or other circumstances out of our control prevent the transfer, despite reasonable precautions that we have taken; d)The transfer will go over the credit limit of your overdraft line; e) Your institution does not subscribe to the Federal Reserve’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) Banking System, or will not provide the access to transfer funds on your behalf.
This Agreement for the debit of your bank account, the collection of funds and use of the DLP is a two-party contract between you and DLP. Our business bank is in no way liable for any errors, reversals, or protests and you agree to hold our business bank harmless in the result of any disputes. All Check transactions are processed by AutoLink Payment Services, Inc. The debit on your bank statement may reflect the name DLP or Autolink Payment Services.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, DLPTELESHOPPING.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. DLPTELESHOPPING.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, DLPTELESHOPPING.COM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
USER COMMENTS, MATERIALS, FEEDBACK, AND POSTCARDS
While DLPTELESHOPPING.COM is pleased to hear from our loyal fans and customers, it is DLPTELESHOPPING.COM's long-standing company policy not to accept or consider unsolicited creative ideas, suggestions, materials, or business proposals from persons or entities outside our company. If at our request you send certain specific submissions (for example, a photograph, story, or poem), or if despite our request that you not send us unsolicited creative materials, you send us other suggestions, comments, feedback, ideas, postcards, opinions, concepts, graphics, text, drawings, or other materials (all of the foregoing referred to collectively as the "Materials"), all such Materials, submitted or offered to DLPTELESHOPPING.COM on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted, or offered in connection with your use of this Site shall be and remain DLPTELESHOPPING.COM's property. Every product you buy from DLPTELESHOPPING.COM is backed first by the product manufacturer's or supplier’s warranty.
All returns require a Return Authorization number to be issued prior to being returned. Returned products must be in new condition, including original outer packaging, inner packing materials and other accessories received. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number issued by DLPTELESHOPPING.COM.
Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at DLPTELESHOPPING.COM's sole discretion.
Consumables are NOT returnable for any reason once their packaging, outer wrapping has been opened and quality of goods has been compromised. Support and replacement for these products is available exclusively through the respective manufacturer or supplier. Your order signifies that you have verified all specifications and compatibility before purchasing.
Defective items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for the same item or title only.
Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in DLPTELESHOPPING.COM return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% at DLPTELESHOPPING.COM's sole discretion. All fess paid are non-refundable after 48 hours from the date of purchased. A cancellation fee of $150.00 shall be applied should participant choose to cancel upto 48 hours with accomplished cancellation form from DLP Teleshopping. All appropriate receipts/vouchers and documentation must accompany the refund request. Participant waives the right to dispute any charge made through credit card and agrees to follow the standard procedure of cancellation and request for refund.
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return DLPTELESHOPPING.COM reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 50% at DLPTELESHOPPING.COM's sole discretion. Return processing may take 5-10 business days from the time your product is received.
Products must be in the original manufacturers’ packaging, and shipped securely. Products must be complete with any standard certification labels originally placed and not tampered with. Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (DLPTELESHOPPING.COM maintains serial number tracking). Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return Policy, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 7 days from the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 10 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any returns that we receive without a valid RA number will be documented. It will be rejected and subjected to a restocking charge at DLPTELESHOPPING.COM's sole discretion. DLPTELESHOPPING.COM accepts cancellations within 7 days from the date of purchase, after which all sales are final. A cancellation fee of $150.00 for items shipped prior to cancellation
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation/tracking number. DLPTELESHOPPING.COM shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, DLPTELESHOPPING.COM may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.
We do not give full or partial refunds for shipping and handling costs, including import taxes and duties for the purchased merchandise. This applies to all deliveries made within the Philippines or for shipments going to the US. We assume no responsibility for the shipping and handling costs, as well as for other related charges that may apply under any circumstances.
There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall DLPTELESHOPPING.COM or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Fulfillment Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Fulfillment Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Please note, credit/debit card processing can take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
Note: Saturday & Sunday deliveries would depend on availability.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT or DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order, except for orders with trans-shipment fees assessed by our couriers. RISK OF LOSS
If the Customer provides DLPTELESHOPPING.COM with Customer's carrier account number or selects a carrier other than a carrier that regularly ships for DLPTELESHOPPING.COM, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from DLPTELESHOPPING.COM to Customer upon shipment from DLPTELESHOPPING.COM's facility. For all other shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage during shipment passes from DLPTELESHOPPING.COM to Customer upon receipt by Customer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, title to software will remain with the applicable licensor(s) and Customer's rights therein are contained in the license agreement between such licensor(s) and Customer. DLPTELESHOPPING.COM retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received. Customer will be responsible for all shipping and related charges.
Your order signifies that you have agreed to contact DLPTELESHOPPING.COM to resolve any concerns and provide a written description of the problem, including all relevant documents/information and the proposed resolution. You agreed to contact us at the address on our Contact Us page and we will contact you based on the information you have provided us.
